OUR INITIATIVES

Help students from families with financial difficulties to complete their university studies, by giving out scholarships and/or bursaries.

Mr Kao Shin Ping feels that having a university education can allow young people to possess the skills needed to make a better living in future.This will bring their family out of the poverty cycle.

Current Beneficiaries: Singapore Management University, Tamkang (Dan Jiang) University, Shandong Tai An University

Make donations to Da Li Hospital of both Xiamen, Fujian Province and Yunnan Province, for them to purchase medical equipment and supplies

These medical equipment and supplies can then be provided for free to elderly patients who have no financial ability to pay for their medical fees.

Build roads and infrastructure for people living in remote areas in China

In the past, Mr Kao Shin Ping has constructed many roads and donated cement to help villagers in Fujian and Yunnan Province, in order to make their roads safer. Over the years, the Foundation has helped millions of people in such villages. Now, the Foundation has moved its focus to providing sustainable, affordable yet quality housing to people who cannot afford the current, highly inflated real estate prices. Mr Kao Shin Ping feels that the rich-poor divide is increasing over the years. Thus, he hopes to take care of the average person who may not be very poor but unable to afford the inflated housing prices.

Provide aid to victims of natural disasters

Since 2012, Mr Kao Shin Ping has always stressed on helping the victims of natural disasters, to help them rebuild their homes quickly. Again, we wish to continue this practice.
